Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Draft 1

1. Current purchasing state

No live purchase, subscription or renewal can be made on these pages. The PayPal control displays an unavailable notice. No price, payment confirmation, activation date or billing history is invented.

2. Future cancellation

Before recurring billing begins, checkout and the account portal must disclose the renewal interval, charge, cancellation deadline and an accessible cancellation method. Cancellation must stop future renewals according to the disclosed rules and show a verified confirmation. It must not silently erase an accrued right to a refund or statutory remedy.

3. Statutory withdrawal

Eligible distance contracts normally permit withdrawal within 14 days. Digital content and ongoing services have different rules. No waiver is assumed merely because a user signed in or opened the extension. Any lawful immediate-supply exception must meet its specific information, consent, acknowledgment and confirmation conditions.

The operator must implement the required online withdrawal function and durable acknowledgment where applicable before enabling online contracts. The classification of Scorpion’s proposed subscription, the applicable Polish implementation and the future checkout wording require professional review.

4. Faults and other refunds

Mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital content or services remain available. A request may lead to correction, a proportionate reduction or termination/refund where the law requires it. A third-party game update does not automatically erase all consumer rights. Any additional voluntary refund policy must be clearly disclosed before purchase.

5. Planned request process

Use the published support or account billing channel once configured. Supply the account identifier, transaction reference if a real transaction exists, the request type and a concise explanation. Never send session tokens, a password or full payment credentials. The operator should acknowledge receipt, verify the request proportionately, explain the decision and process a lawful refund through the appropriate payment route.

The support channel, trader identity, payment process and binding response commitments are not yet configured. Purchases must stay disabled until they are supplied.

Review sources

Review against the actual contract and current applicable law: UOKiK digital consumer protections, withdrawal exceptions, Polish Consumer Rights Act, EU Directive 2023/2673 and GDPR. These drafts are not a substitute for professional legal review.
