Terms of Service
Draft for legal review · website, extension, Client, Executor and ScorpionAPI.
Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Draft 1
1. Draft status and operator
These terms are a pre-launch draft for professional review, not a legally certified document or an offer to sell an unfinished product. Current purchasing is disabled. No payment or subscription contract is formed by selecting the visual PayPal control.
SaVeGe is the supplied public operator name. The legal person or business name, service address, registration/tax details where required, and support/privacy contact have not yet been supplied. These details must be completed and reviewed before commercial launch.
2. Scope and product availability
These terms concern the Scorpion websites, account portal, browser extension, Client, Executor, game SDK, documentation and related support. The functionality available in a particular release and license is the functionality expressly described at the time of supply. Experimental features can be unavailable, restricted or changed. A description of a future feature does not make it part of an existing contract.
Scorpion is an independent third-party project. No affiliation with, sponsorship by or approval from diep.io or its operator is represented.
3. Accounts and account security
Provide accurate information needed to operate your account. Sign in through the supplied authentication provider and keep access to that provider secure. Do not share session credentials, impersonate another person or attempt to use an account you do not control. Report a suspected compromise through the published support channel once available. Account recovery may require proportionate proof of ownership; passwords for third-party services will not be requested by Scorpion.
Access may require a verified account, an active license and applicable capabilities. Account authentication alone is not paid authorization. Device/session tools display service sessions and do not purport to identify a physical device through invasive fingerprinting.
4. Software and API license
Subject to the applicable license and mandatory law, the operator intends to grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use supplied Scorpion functionality during the verified access period. No source-code ownership is transferred. License restrictions must be disclosed before purchase, including any device or concurrent-session limits. Prices, intervals and product tiers are not yet configured and must not be inferred from this draft.
Do not resell account access, distribute credentials, impersonate the official product or deliberately evade authorization. Any restrictions on reverse engineering, interoperability or other statutory rights apply only to the extent lawful; this draft does not exclude rights that cannot be waived.
5. Community and third-party scripts
Review a script’s source, origin and requested permissions before running it. Third-party scripts can change a game page, expose information they can access, damage session state or violate a third-party service’s rules. The operator does not endorse every script that a user chooses to import. An execution sandbox and cleanup tooling reduce certain risks but cannot make arbitrary code harmless or guarantee reversal of all side effects.
You retain rights in your own scripts. Grant no rights beyond those needed for a feature you deliberately use. Do not include private credentials in a shared script or log. An infinite synchronous script may require closing or reloading the game tab.
6. Acceptable use and third-party rules
Use the product lawfully and respect the applicable game, platform and community rules. Do not use Scorpion to access systems without permission, steal credentials, distribute malware, harass users, interfere with service availability or infringe others’ rights. Scorpion does not grant permission to breach a game’s terms or bypass its security controls. Third-party enforcement actions and compatibility restrictions may affect your ability to use the product.
7. Payments, renewals and cancellation
No live payment processing is enabled. Before a future purchase, checkout must disclose the trader’s identity, total price including applicable taxes, currency, features, access period, billing frequency, any automatic renewal, cancellation mechanism and mandatory consumer information. A payment provider may apply its own terms. Payment completion must be verified by the service before access is activated.
Automatic renewal will not be represented as enabled without a real billing arrangement. Cancellation of a future recurring subscription must stop future renewal charges according to the disclosed billing rules. Cancellation and statutory withdrawal are different requests. An active paid-through access period, any proportional refund and the effect of cancellation will be described before sale.
8. Withdrawal, refunds and conformity
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory Polish, EU or other applicable consumer protections. Distance contracts normally carry a statutory withdrawal period. The exact treatment of supplied digital content and ongoing digital services depends on the contract and the required disclosures and consents. Beginning access does not, by itself, waive all withdrawal rights.
Any lawful exception for immediate digital content must use the required express prior consent, acknowledgment and contract confirmation. Early provision of an ongoing service has different requirements; a proportionate charge is allowed only where the law permits it. Statutory remedies for non-conforming digital content or services, including correction, price reduction or termination where applicable, remain available.
See the Refund and Cancellation draft for the planned request process. A functioning online withdrawal mechanism must be reviewed and implemented where required before online contracts are enabled. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule.
9. Compatibility, maintenance and changes
Game updates, browser changes, authentication-provider outages and other third-party changes can affect compatibility. No uninterrupted service, universal game compatibility or unlimited functionality is promised. The operator should provide proportionate notice of planned maintenance, material changes and supported versions, and supply updates required by the applicable consumer contract and law.
Unexpected interruptions should be communicated through the status page with their actual known scope. An unknown or unconfigured status is not an uptime guarantee. Material changes affecting a paid contract must follow applicable notice, consent and termination requirements.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be temporarily restricted for a documented security risk, material breach or invalid/expired entitlement. Decisions should be proportionate and reviewable, and users should receive a reason and a route to request review unless disclosure would be unlawful or undermine an active security investigation. Termination must respect accrued consumer remedies and lawful refund obligations. A revoked license and a canceled renewal are not interchangeable states.
11. Responsibility and mandatory limits
You are responsible for the scripts and configurations you choose, subject to mandatory law and the operator’s own responsibilities. Liability exclusions or caps, if adopted for launch, must be reviewed for the applicable jurisdiction and prominently disclosed. This draft does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer conformity rights.
12. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy and Storage Notice describe the intended data processing. Use secure published channels for account and billing requests; never send raw session tokens, third-party passwords or full payment credentials. Support contact and privacy-controller details are launch requirements and remain unconfigured.
13. Complaints, governing law and disputes
The governing law and responsible legal operator have not been finalized. A future choice of law or forum must not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights in their place of habitual residence. Users may use applicable Polish consumer assistance and alternative dispute-resolution routes. No obsolete EU online dispute-resolution platform is presented as an active service.
The complaint procedure must record the request, identify the issue, provide a reasoned response within the legally required period and offer further review where appropriate. Contact details must be completed before launch.
14. Terms updates and contact
Publish a dated version and notify affected users of material contractual changes as required. Do not apply a material new term retroactively without a lawful basis. Prior contract versions and consent records should remain available where relevant. For now this page is a dated review draft and the contact channel is not configured.
Review sources
Review against the actual contract and current applicable law: UOKiK digital consumer protections, withdrawal exceptions, Polish Consumer Rights Act, EU Directive 2023/2673 and GDPR. These drafts are not a substitute for professional legal review.
